Dry Leaf

A father named Irakli searches for his daughter, Lisa, a sports photographer who vanished while documenting rural football stadiums across Georgia. Joined by Lisa's best friend, a mysterious and invisible man named Levani, Irakli travels between various villages and football pitches. As they encounter different people and stories throughout the Georgian landscape, the possibility of finding Lisa appears to diminish.

The film was written and directed by Alexandre Koberidze, who previously made Was sehen wir, wenn wir zum Himmel schauen?. This drama and fantasy production was a collaboration between Germany and Georgia, produced by New Matter Films and Alexandre Koberidze Productions. The cast features David Koberidze in the lead role of Irakli, with Otar Nijaradze providing the voice for Levan.
