Bohachi Bushido: The Villain

Set in Japan, the story follows the Bohachi Clan, a corrupt organization with strong ties to the Shogunate that has dominated the flesh trade for generations. When a rival begins to threaten their control, the clan hires a nihilistic ronin who is struggling with self-destruction. This warrior uses extreme violence to eliminate the clan's enemies and enforce the Bohachi way.

Directed by Takashi Harada, this action film is the second in his directorial career following Whipmaster: Ballad of Murder. Produced by Toei Company, the movie features a cast that includes Gorō Ibuki, Keiko Aikawa, Kenji Kusumoto, Takashi Ebata, Bin Amatsu, and Eizō Kitamura. The screenplay was written by Takeo Kaneko and Sadao Nakajima.
