Lady Nazca

Set against the backdrop of the approaching Second World War, this historical drama follows Maria Reiche, a German woman who relocates to Peru. While living in Lima, Maria struggles to adapt to a reserved society. Her life changes when she travels to the Nazca desert and encounters massive, mysterious lines etched into the earth. Driven by a need to uncover the meaning of these ancient figures, she dedicates her life to their study and preservation, facing significant danger and social opposition to pursue her new calling.

The film was directed by Damien Dorsaz, who also co-wrote the screenplay alongside Fadette Drouard and Franck Ferreira Fernandes.
