Summer Camp

Three childhood best friends, Nora, Ginny, and Mary, spent their youth attending a sleepaway camp every summer. Fifty years later, the women reunite at the same location. While their current lives may differ from what they once envisioned and their levels of enthusiasm for the trip vary, the reunion allows them to reconnect through river rafting, food fights, and emotional honesty.

The comedy was directed and written by Castille Landon, following their previous work on After We Fell, Fear of Rain, After Ever Happy, After Everything, and Perfect Addiction. The film stars Diane Keaton, Kathy Bates, and Alfre Woodard in the lead roles, with a supporting cast that includes Eugene Levy, Dennis Haysbert, and Beverly D'Angelo.

Produced by Taylor & Dodge, Project Infinity, and Saks Picture Company, the movie had a budget of 10 million USD but earned 3 million USD at the worldwide box office. Audience reception was mixed, with a rating of 4.6/10 on IMDb based on 2,200 votes and a score of 5.4/10 on TMDB from 50 votes.
