Pokémon 3: The Movie

A young girl named Molly Hale struggles with the disappearance of her father. In her grief, she unknowingly uses the Unown to manifest a fantasy world where the Pokémon Entei takes the place of her missing parent. When Entei kidnaps the mother of a trainer named Ash, Ash and his companions, Misty and Brock, enter Molly's mansion. They seek to rescue his mother while uncovering the truth behind the dream world and the forces controlling it.

Directed by Kunihiko Yuyama, this Japanese animated film is the fifth of 28 works he directed, following Pokémon the Movie 2000 and preceding Pikachu & Pichu. The screenplay was written by Yuyama and Takeshi Shudo. The voice cast includes Rica Matsumoto as Satoshi, Ikue Otani as Pikachu, Yuji Ueda as Takeshi, and Mayumi Izuka as Kasumi, alongside Megumi Hayashibara and Shin-ichiro Miki.

Produced by companies including TV Tokyo, OLM, East Japan Marketing & Communications, and Shogakukan, the film had a budget of 16 million USD and earned 68 million USD at the worldwide box office. It holds a rating of 6.6/10 on TMDB based on 710 votes.
