Boom!

Boom! is a Latvian family drama centering on Hugo, a thirteen-year-old boy who gains magical abilities following a skateboarding accident. As his new powers make him the most popular student at his school, he faces a conflict between maintaining his high social standing and preserving his friendships.

The film was produced by Picture House and directed by Andra Doršs and Marta Selecka, with a screenplay written by Lote Eglīte.
