Xavier and Sophie have spent twenty-five years together, but their marriage has become strained and exhausting. When Sophie invites their neighbors, Alban and Adèle, over for dinner, Xavier is reluctant. He is bothered by the neighbors' open affection and their lack of noise control during the night. Meeting with this uninhibited couple forces Xavier and Sophie to face the state of their own relationship, leading to a situation where they are presented with an indecent proposal.

This French comedy drama was co-directed by Wilfried Méance and Olivier Ducray, who previously collaborated on Two Of A Kind in 2022. Méance went on to direct The Con Artist in 2026, while Ducray directed L’Homme qui s’envola in 2026. The screenplay was written by Jean-Paul Bathany, Méance, and Ducray. The film stars Bernard Campan as Xavier, Isabelle Carré as Sophie, Pablo Pauly as Alban, and Julia Faure as Adèle.
