Sorry, We're Dead

Sorry, We're Dead is a comedy-drama about Lana K. Jing, an aspiring filmmaker stuck between her ambitions and the life she actually leads. In her job at a lecture hall, where older men hold forth at length, Lana destroys the only recording of a prominent tech figure's talk and lets a friend and co-worker take the blame. Working her way out of the mess involves stop-motion animation, an anonymous admirer and a punishing stretch of bridge traffic, all of it unfolding as a wry story about a quarter-life crisis.
