Party Line

In Los Angeles, a wealthy brother and sister spend their time hunting men using a phone service designed for meeting strangers. The sister lures targets to their home, where her brother attacks and kills them, sometimes for money and other times for sport. As the pair continues their violent activities, a detective is tasked with tracking them down and bringing them to justice.

Directed by William Webb, this 1988 horror thriller was the first of two films he directed, followed by The Banker in 1990. The screenplay was written by Richard Brandes. The film features a cast including Leif Garrett as Seth, Greta Blackburn as Angelina, and Richard Hatch as Dan. Shawn Weatherly plays Stacy, while Richard Roundtree appears as Captain Barnes and Terence McGovern as Jack Simmons. In total, 23 actors are credited in the production.
