A corrupt boss named Honey controls a Western town, using hired gunmen to seize the claims of small gold prospectors and kill those who resist. Help arrives from an unlikely source: a travelling circus, whose performers shelter a wounded gunfighter on the run from Honey's men. The circus artists and a pair of drifters join forces with the oppressed miners, turning the hunters into the hunted.
