Ballad of a Small Player

Set in the casinos of Macau, the story follows Lord Doyle, a gambler attempting to escape his past and mounting debts. As he searches for a way out of his financial misery, he is pursued by Cynthia Blithe, a private investigator linked to the reasons for his flight from London.
