Victor Rosa is a high-level drug dealer in New York who views himself as a sophisticated businessman. Seeking to transition from the illegal narcotics trade to a legitimate life of wealth, he forms a partnership with Jack, a Wall Street financial advisor. While Victor attempts to move his capital into legal investments, he is eventually betrayed, leaving him with no choice but to seek revenge.
