Drift

Set in 1970s Australia, Drift follows two brothers, Andy and Jimmy Kelly, who share a deep passion for surfing in the coastal town of Margaret River. While refining their skills on dangerous waves, Jimmy becomes involved in criminal activity to help his family pay off debts. To steer his brother away from this path, Andy leaves his employment to partner with Jimmy in a business selling surfing equipment and innovative gear. Their efforts to establish a legitimate industry are threatened by conflicts with ruthless bikers and the local drug trade.

The drama was directed and written by Morgan O'Neill, following his 2012 film The Factory. The movie features a cast including Sam Worthington as JB, Myles Pollard as Andy Kelly, and Xavier Samuel as Jimmy Kelly, alongside Lesley-Ann Brandt and Robyn Malcolm. Produced by World Wide Productions with a budget of 11 million USD, the film has a runtime of 113 minutes.
