Mahavatar Narsimha
Short description
Mahavatar Narsimha is an Indian animated fantasy film that centers on the conflict between the demon Hiranyakashyap and the deity Vishnu. After claiming divinity for himself and challenging Vishnu, the tyrannical demon finds his own son, Prahlad, remains a loyal devotee of the god. To defeat the demon and resolve the confrontation, Vishnu manifests in the form of Narsimha.
Directed by Ashwin Kumar, who also co-wrote the screenplay with Jaypurna Das and Rudra Pratap Ghosh, the film was produced by Hombale Films and Kleem Productions. The voice cast features Harjeet Walia as Lord Narsimha, Aditya Raj Sharma as Hiranyakashipu, and Haripriya Matta as Prahlad, with a total of 21 credited cast members.
