Jake Gray is a student whose life changes after he starts playing a mysterious video game. Following his interaction with the software, Jake experiences disturbing visions of violence and mutilation while those close to him die in horrific ways. As the deaths mount, he and his companions attempt to uncover the origin of the game and its creator to stop the cycle of carnage.
