Golden Double

Nikita Simonyan, a former star player for Spartak, takes over as the coach of Ararat Yerevan. He seeks to achieve a golden double by winning both the league championship and the USSR Cup. However, he faces internal resistance from his own players and an opposing team that will stop at nothing to prevent his success.

The film was directed by Mher Mkrtchyan, who also directed Ararat 73 earlier in 2026. The screenplay was written by Valery Saaryan and Eduard Ayanyan, with Saaryan also serving as the producer. The cast features Egor Beroev in the lead role as Nikita Simonyan, alongside Kseniya Alfyorova, Babken Chobanyan, Anahit Kirakosyan, Sofya Doniants, and Sergey Shakurov.
