Sunshine Women's Choir

Set in a women's prison, this drama follows four inmates who develop a bond with a newborn baby girl. When the infant is diagnosed with a disease affecting her eyes, the women form a choir to create a meaningful final memory for her. As they work together, initial conflicts among the women give way to friendship and mutual support.

The film was directed by Gavin Lin, following his previous works One Week Friends and Yesterday Once More. Written by Hermes Lu, the production features a cast of 37 credited actors, including Ivy Chen, Judy Ongg, Chung Hsin-ling, May Suen, Miao Ke-li, and Amber An. This Taiwanese production earned 17 million USD at the worldwide box office.
