Blood Moon Rite 8

A low-budget horror movie is being filmed within a deserted amusement park. The production crew includes a stubborn director, an irritable makeup artist, and two lead actors whose professional relationship has become a romantic one. The situation turns dangerous when the director conducts a Blood Moon Ritual to replace acting with genuine terror and real tears from the cast.

Written and directed by Phan Gia Nhat Linh, this Vietnamese production is the second film in the director's career following Leaving Mom. The movie features a credited cast of 24 people, including Vân Sơn as Tam OK, Lê Khánh as Trần Linh, Miu Lê as Chiin Chiin, Liên Bỉnh Phát as Leon Bỉnh Phát, Quốc Khánh as Self, and Quỳnh Lý as Hảo Hảo. The project was produced by Phan Gia Nhat Linh, Charlie Nguyễn, and Ken Ochiai through Lotte Entertainment (Vietnam), HKFilm, Beta Group, and HK Film. This genre-blending title, which combines elements of comedy, drama, horror, and mystery, has a runtime of 130 minutes.
