The Tell-Tale Heart

A man attempts to convince others of his sanity by recounting a violent crime he committed. Driven by a fixation on an elderly man's eye, he descends into a state of paranoia and overwhelming guilt. This New Zealand production blends elements of horror and thriller within a short fifteen-minute runtime.

The film was directed by Gianni Ranzuglia, who also served as a producer alongside Aria Chaplin. The screenplay is based on the writing of Edgar Allan Poe. The cast features Laszlo Reynolds as the young man and Chris Smith, who portrays the old man and provides the voice-over. Ranzuglia appears in the film as one of the police officers, and Evelyn Barrow plays the second officer.
