The Withering

An elderly woman finds a mysterious amulet that allows her to regain her youth by stealing the life force of people nearby. As the surrounding town begins to decline, her caregiver attempts to intervene and stop the process. The story focuses on a grotesque conflict involving the fear of growing old and the desire for renewal.
