Agent Cody Banks 2: Destination London

Cody Banks, a Seattle teenager who also works as a junior agent for the CIA, is sent to London on a new assignment. A former CIA trainer has stolen a secret device capable of controlling people's minds, and Cody's job is to get it back before world leaders can be manipulated. To keep his cover, he enrolls at a boarding school for gifted students, where he has to hide his real identity from his classmates while chasing leads and tracking down the traitor.

Frankie Muniz returns as Cody, joined by Anthony Anderson as his new handler Derek, Hannah Spearritt as British agent Emily Sommers, and Alfie Allen in a supporting role. Kevin Allen directed the film from a screenplay by Don Rhymer, with Bob Yari, David Glasser and David Nicksay producing. It is the second entry in the series, following the 2003 original, and was released in March 2004 with a runtime of 100 minutes. The production, shot in Canada and the United States, cost about 26 million dollars and took in roughly 29 million dollars worldwide.

Audience response was modest: on IMDb it holds 4.6 out of 10 from around 17,000 votes, while on TMDB it stands at 5.6 out of 10 from roughly 700 votes. A film critics' rating of 3.6 out of 10, based on 94 reviews, is lower than both audience scores, suggesting reviewers were harder on the sequel than general viewers were.
