Simon is a former gigolo who now works in brokerage and antique trading. While dealing with legal troubles involving his cousin, he meets and falls in love with Sandy, an assistant prosecutor. Simultaneously, a wealthy woman named Mrs. Liu hires Simon to help her conceive a child. This arrangement leads to an obsessive attraction from Mrs. Liu and a tragic accident resulting in the death of her husband. Sandy eventually serves as Simon's defense lawyer to help him avoid conviction for the death.

Directed by Terry Tong Gei-Ming, this 1992 Hong Kong production is the second film in a sequence of three works by the director, following Gigolo and Whore and preceding Fatal Love. The movie features a cast including Simon Yam, Veronica Yip Yuk-hing, Sandra Ng Kwan-Yue, and Michael Chow Man-Kin. The screenplay was written by James Yuen Sai-Sang, Terry Tong Gei-Ming, and Cheung Kin, with Cheung Kin also serving as producer.
