Short description
Conjoined twins Bob and Walt Tenor have built a comfortable life on Martha's Vineyard, where their shared anatomy has never stopped them from running a burger joint or playing hockey. Outgoing Walt longs to act, while the shy Bob prefers a quiet existence. When Walt persuades his brother to move to Los Angeles and chase that ambition, the brothers land roles in a television series starring Cher, who hopes the odd casting will sink her own show. The arrangement instead brings the brothers unexpected attention, straining the balance between them.
Stuck on You is a 2003 comedy directed by Bobby and Peter Farrelly, who also wrote and produced it. It was the sixth film Bobby Farrelly directed and the seventh for Peter, following Shallow Hal and preceding Fever Pitch. Matt Damon and Greg Kinnear play Bob and Walt, with Eva Mendes, Wen Yann Shih, Pat Crawford Brown and Ray Valliere in supporting roles among a credited cast of 86.
Made for about 55 million dollars, the film took in roughly 66 million worldwide. On IMDb it holds a rating of 5.8 from around 57,000 votes, while on TMDB it sits at 5.4 from roughly 750 votes. A critics' score of 6.1 from 155 reviews places it slightly above those audience figures.
