National Lampoon Presents Dorm Daze

A small university dormitory becomes the setting for a tangle of mistaken identities in this 2003 comedy. With Christmas only days away, Billingsley University is caught up in parties and romance. Booker, a shy student living in the dorm, has never been with anyone, and his brother Styles decides to change that by hiring a call girl named Dominique. Booker wants nothing to do with the plan. What nobody counts on is a French exchange student arriving on campus at the same time who shares the name Dominique and barely speaks English, while another student waits for her, and a bag of money sits somewhere in the middle of it all. Confusion spreads through the building as the wrong people are taken for someone else.

The film is directed by brothers David and Scott Hillenbrand, their third feature together after King Cobra and Survival Island, and it was followed by a sequel, Dorm Daze 2. Josh Miller and Pat Casey wrote the screenplay. The large ensemble includes Tatyana Ali, Boti Bliss, Gable Carr, Patrick Cavanaugh, James DeBello and Marieh Delfino, among a credited cast of 53 and a crew of 67. Produced by Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer with Hill & Brand Productions and 120° Films, it runs 96 minutes.
