Consuming Passions

This dark comedy follows the aftermath of a disaster at the Chumley chocolate factory. After manager Ian Littleton accidentally knocks several workers into a vat of chocolate, the company discovers that the resulting product is highly popular with customers. The plot centers on the management's attempt to keep the accident secret, specifically by bribing a witness who saw the event with a high-ranking position in the company.

Directed by Giles Foster, the film features a cast that includes Tyler Butterworth as the manager, alongside Vanessa Redgrave, Jonathan Pryce, Sammi Davis, Freddie Jones, and Prunella Scales.
