Slow Burn

District Attorney Ford Cole finds himself caught in a dangerous web of deceit after a man is discovered dead in the bed of his colleague and partner, Nora Timmer. While the situation initially appears to be a case of self-defense, a mysterious stranger provides a conflicting account of the events. Over the course of twenty-four hours, Cole must navigate a landscape of betrayal and criminal influence to uncover the truth and avoid becoming entangled in the mystery himself.
