Short description
A young woman named Sawa seeks revenge after her police officer father is murdered. Guided by Karl Aker, her father's former partner, and supported by a mysterious friend named Oburi, she transforms into a lethal assassin. Her violent quest leads her through the criminal underworld and into the world of human trafficking as she hunts for those responsible for her family's death.
The action drama was directed by Ralph Ziman, following his previous work on The Zookeeper and Gangster's Paradise: Jerusalema. The film features a cast including India Eisley as Sawa and Samuel L. Jackson as Lieutenant Karl Aker, along with Callan McAuliffe. Produced by Distant Horizon, Videovision Entertainment, and Detalle Films, it is a co-production between Mexico, the United States, and South Africa.
