Jury Duty

Tommy Collins is an unemployed man who discovers that sequestered jurors in murder trials receive free room and board along with a small daily allowance. To avoid returning home and to enjoy the perks of a hotel stay, he secures a spot on a jury. Once the trial begins, Tommy intentionally obstructs the proceedings and prolongs the deliberations to extend his state-funded luxury for as long as possible.
