Short description
Government agents and researchers discover an extraterrestrial object buried in the ice of Antarctica. Julian Rome, a cryptologist, is brought to the site to decode signals emanating from the artifact, which mirror those found in Roswell in 1947. As the team attempts to open the capsule, Rome discovers the transmission is a warning. However, the opening of the vessel releases a dangerous pathogen and awakens an alien pilot, leading to a crisis that involves both biological threats and political manipulation by powerful figures.
