• During filming, Nora Arnezeder had to swim in the Seine and escape pursuers in corridors teeming with rats, even if they were trained, they were no less frightening.
• Although the text of the book belongs to Anne Golon, and Serge Golon worked on the historical context and materials, the appearance of his name on the book cover was a requirement of French publishers, who believed that no one would believe a woman could create such a novel alone.
