Two young actresses in Tokyo, Nozomi and Lana, share an apartment and find themselves competing for the same role. Nozomi has just arrived from a small town, while Lana is trying to move on from a past in the adult film industry. When they learn that the decision on the part will not come until the following day, the politeness between them gives way to resentment, and small domestic irritations escalate into a violent confrontation that turns the apartment into a battleground.

Yukihiko Tsutsumi directed the film, working from a screenplay he wrote with Uiko Miura. It followed his segment in the 2002 anthology Jam Films and came before the 2008 release 20th Century Boys: Beginning of the End and later titles such as BECK and A Conviction of Marriage. The cast is led by Maho Nonami as Lana and Eiko Koike as Nozomi, with supporting appearances by Daisuke Kizaki, Maki Tsujimura, Runa Tsukishima and Hitomi Okegawa. Running seventy minutes, the film mixes comedy, drama, horror and thriller elements.

Audience response has been steady rather than enthusiastic: on IMDb it holds a rating of 6.8 from roughly 4,200 votes, and on TMDB it also stands at 6.8, from about 107 votes. The larger vote count on IMDb suggests the film has circulated more widely than its modest TMDB following indicates.
