Neon Maniacs

In San Francisco, a group of teenagers comes to believe that a colony of murderous creatures is hiding in one of the towers of the Golden Gate Bridge. When the killings that have been terrorizing the city are traced by the young witnesses to these beings, the authorities refuse to take them seriously. With no one else willing to act, the friends set out to investigate on their own and to find a way to fight back.
