Short description
The friendship of a group of young friends struggling with teen sex, drugs, and work is jeopardized by a romantic interest which may turn pals into bitter rivals.
What's left behind the scenes
- The film is based on a situation that happened to Boaz Davidson in his youth.
- At the Big Apple party, in the bathroom, you can notice posters of the bands “Oingo Boingo” and “Devo,” whose songs are featured in this film.
- Diane Franklin, who played Karen, is deaf in her left ear. This is why she is never shown riding a moped in the film. Any hearing impairment affects the ability to maintain balance to the extent that riding a bicycle, moped, or motorcycle becomes impossible. Franklin herself revealed this on set.
