Universal Soldier III: Unfinished Business

Luc Devereaux and journalist Veronica Roberts attempt to stop a plot led by a figure known as Mentor, who intends to use an army of enhanced soldiers to steal a massive sum of money. While fleeing their pursuers, the pair becomes involved in a hostage crisis. To eliminate them, Mentor and Dr. Walker create a more advanced Universal Soldier cloned from the remains of Luc's brother, Eric.

This Canadian action and science fiction film was directed by Jeff Woolnough. It is the first of two films he directed in 1998, preceding Universal Soldier II: Brothers in Arms. The screenplay was written by Peter M. Lenkov and produced by Robert Wertheimer. The cast features Matt Battaglia as Luc Devereaux, Chandra West as Veronica Roberts, and Burt Reynolds as Mentor.
