The Sisters' Room

Mi-young returns to Korea driven by feelings for a former love from her time studying in the United States. Upon her arrival, she discovers that her sister, Mi-hye, is in a relationship with Jae-hyuk, a senior from college. After learning of Mi-young's emotions, Mi-hye breaks up with Jae-hyuk and asks him to avoid her sister. While Mi-young attempts to respect this decision, she continues to struggle with her internal feelings. The two eventually reunite at a funeral months later, leading Mi-young to confess the love she had suppressed for years. Simultaneously, Mi-hye begins a cautious new relationship with Young-hoon, a divorced colleague.

This 2015 drama was directed by Han Dong-Ho, who also released Bad Class in the same year before directing Obscene House: Slave Wife in 2020 and New Female Secretary in 2021. The screenplay was written by Kim Eun-kyung. The film features a main cast including Song Seo-yool as Mi-yeong, Joo Yeon-seo as Mi-hye, Jeong Neom-chyeo as Jae-hyeok, and Kim Do-jin as Young-hoon. The movie has a runtime of 97 minutes.
