Game Therapy

A man uses a virtual reality machine in an attempt to end his friend's obsession with video games. When the device traps his friend inside a digital realm, he enters the simulation to help him survive.

Directed by Ryan Travis, this 2015 production was a joint effort between companies in Italy, Morocco, and the United States. The film stars Federico Clapis, Lorenzo Ostuni, Leonardo Decarli, Daniele Sodano, Paolo D'Amico, and Jennifer Mischiati. A total of 22 actors and 110 crew members are credited in the production.

Financially, the film did not perform well, earning half of its 2 million USD budget back at the worldwide box office. Audience reception was largely negative, as shown by a 2.3 rating on IMDb from 901 votes and a 4.5 rating on TMDB from 230 votes.
