No Retreat, No Surrender 3: Blood Brothers

Two brothers with opposing political beliefs and different professional backgrounds are estranged when their father, a retired agent, is murdered. One brother is a police officer while the other is a martial arts expert. Initially pursuing the killers separately through different methods, the siblings eventually set aside their conflict to work together. They aim to avenge their father's death and stop a criminal plot targeting the president of the United States.

This action crime thriller was produced by Seasonal Film Corporation as a joint venture between Hong Kong and the United States. It was directed by Lo Yuen-Ming, who also directed The King of the Kickboxers earlier in 1990. The film features a cast including Loren Avedon and Keith Vitali as the brothers, alongside Joseph Campanella, Wanda Acuna, Rion Hunter, and Luke Askew.
