Lake Bodom

Four teenagers head to Lake Bodom in Finland to spend the night at TMDB of a notorious unsolved crime. Years earlier, campers were attacked there, and the case was never closed. The group sets out to reconstruct what happened in the woods, but events at the lake take their own course once darkness falls. The film is a Finnish-Estonian horror production directed by Taneli Mustonen, who wrote the screenplay with producer Aleksi Hyvärinen.

The cast includes Nelly Hirst-Gee, Mimosa Willamo, Mikael Gabriel, Santeri Helinheimo Mäntylä, Pirjo Lankinen and Ilkka Heiskanen. The production had a budget of about one million dollars. Lake Bodom was the first of three features Mustonen has directed, followed by The Twin and The Bayou. It runs 90 minutes.
