Seondal: The Man Who Sells the River

Set during the late Joseon Dynasty, this historical comedy follows Bongyi Kim Seon-dal, a clever con artist known for his ability to deceive others for profit. Using his wit and a team of associates, he engages in various schemes, including selling water from the Taedong River. His ambitions lead him to take on more daring challenges, such as attempting to acquire foreign tobacco and orchestrating the sale of the river itself.

The film was directed by Park Dae-min, who later directed Special Delivery in 2022. The screenplay was written by Jang Min-seok and Park Dae-min, and the movie was produced by Kim Tae-Won. The ensemble cast features Yoo Seung-ho in the lead role as Kim Seon-dal, alongside Cho Jae-hyun, Ko Chang-seok, Ra Mi-ran, Xiumin, and Yeon Woo-jin.
