Short description

Two angels, one from the heaven and one from the hell, come to earth to save the soul of a boxer.

What's left behind the scenes

  • The photo that Lola, played by Victoria Abril, puts into the album depicts Manny's mother. In reality, it is a photograph of actress Pilar Bardem.
  • During the final credits, the viewer learns that after death, Penelope Cruz's character has been reincarnated as a man. The viewer then sees a photograph of him, which depicts her future husband, Javier Bardem.
