Two high school teachers with opposing personalities and ideologies are forced back into each other's lives when they begin working at the same school. Filippo is a youthful, liberal man who is heavily active on social media, while Ernesto is a stern conservative who avoids modern technology and prefers traditional teaching methods. Once close friends, the two were separated by an old dispute, and their contrasting views lead to renewed conflict. Their rivalry is challenged when a young woman named Nina initiates an experiment, requiring Filippo to disconnect from the internet and Ernesto to begin using it for the first time.
