Dish Dogs

Morgan and Jason are close friends who travel across the coast of California, avoiding stability in favor of a nomadic lifestyle. To fund their passion for surfing and philosophy, they move between towns taking short-term jobs as dishwashers. Their bond is tested when they encounter a woman named Anne, leading both men to face romantic interests that force them to reconsider their friendship and choose separate directions in life.

Directed by Robert Kubilos, this romantic comedy-drama was the second of four films he directed, following Inside Out 4 and preceding Forbidden and The Scorned. The movie stars Sean Astin as Morgan and Matthew Lillard as Jason, with supporting roles played by Shannon Elizabeth, Brian Dennehy, Richard Moll, and Maitland Ward. The production was handled by Filmwave Pictures and 7.23 Productions in the United States.
