Dinocroc

Scientists at the Gereco laboratory use DNA from an ancient African dinosaur ancestor of the crocodile to create cloned creatures. The project spirals out of control when the animals become violent and several escape. As the creatures grow rapidly in size and begin killing people, local law enforcement struggles to contain the threat. The laboratory eventually hires an Australian crocodile hunter to track down the beasts, but the creatures prove resistant to conventional weapons.

Released in 2004, this science fiction horror film was directed by Kevin O'Neill. It is the first of three films he directed, followed by Dinoshark and Sharktopus vs. Pteracuda. The movie features a cast including Costas Mandylor, Charles Napier, Bruce Weitz, Matt Borlenghi, Jane Longenecker, and Max Perlich. Produced by Roger Corman Productions, Concorde-New Horizons, and the Sci-Fi Channel, the film was made with a budget of 2 million USD.
