Short description
In a dystopian future, a totalitarian regime maintains peace by subduing the populace with a drug, and displays of emotion are punishable by death. A man in charge of enforcing the law rises to overthrow the system.

- Preston's wife was played by two actresses—Alexa Summer and Maria Pia Calzone; in the credits, the former is listed as Viviana Preston, while the latter is listed as Preston's wife.
- A Bernese Mountain Dog puppy was used in the episode with the dog. Interestingly, the dog sounds heard in this episode (barking, rapid breathing, whimpering) were actually produced by a specially trained impressionist.
