Three families arrive at a campsite over a busy Fourth of July weekend and find they have all been assigned the same spot. None of them is willing to give it up, so they agree to settle the dispute through a series of competitions. What starts as friendly rivalry between the households soon gets out of hand. The comedy follows the escalating contest and the characters caught up in it.
Fred Wolf directed the film, working from a screenplay he wrote with David Spade. It sits between Joe Dirt 2: Beautiful Loser and Drunk Parents in Wolf's filmography, the fourth of the six features he has directed. Charlie Sheen plays Charlie, with Leah Remini as Cheyenne, Naya Rivera as Felipa, Finesse Mitchell as Franklin, Charlotte McKinney as Sharni and Chris Mulkey as Tommy among the 31 credited cast members. The film runs 90 minutes and was produced in the United States by Crackle.
Audience response has been modest. On IMDb it holds a rating of 4 out of 10 from around 1,700 votes, and on TMDB it sits at 4.6 out of 10 from a much smaller base of 57 votes. Both figures point to a largely negative reception, with the two audiences roughly in agreement about the film.
