The Bet

Two brothers-in-law who harbor a deep mutual dislike enter into a competition to see who can stop smoking for two weeks. Their rivalry is fueled by their different social standing, as one is a wealthy pharmacist and the other is a modest teacher. What begins as a simple wager made during a family dinner eventually evolves into a situation that fundamentally alters their lives.
