A South American arms dealer operates his illegal business from a base on a Hawaiian island. To shut down his activities, the government deploys a squad of attractive female agents. The conflict escalates when the smuggler attempts to distract the agents with hired killers, leading to a pursuit that extends from the islands to Las Vegas.
