Today We Kill, Tomorrow We Die!

Bill Kiowa has served five years in prison for a robbery he did not commit, framed by a man he once trusted. On his release he learns that the man responsible, James Elfego, has become the leader of a large band of outlaws. To settle the score, Kiowa recruits four gunmen, among them O'Bannion and the sharpshooter Francis Moran, and sets out after Elfego and his gang.

The Italian western was directed by Tonino Cervi, who also produced it and co-wrote the screenplay with Dario Argento. It was the first film Cervi directed, ahead of Queens of Evil, The Long Night and Nest of Vipers. Brett Halsey plays Kiowa, with Bud Spencer as O'Bannion, William Berger as Moran, Wayde Preston and Jeff Cameron among the hired guns, and the Japanese actor Tatsuya Nakadai as the antagonist Elfego. The credited cast runs to 24 names.

The film runs 95 minutes. On IMDb it holds a rating of 6.1 out of 10 from around 1,900 votes, and on TMDB a rating of 6.1 out of 10 from a much smaller base of 82 votes, so the two audiences are broadly in agreement about it.
