Ghostwatch

Ghostwatch is a British television horror film built around a Halloween 1992 BBC broadcast investigating the supernatural. Michael Parkinson hosts the programme, with Sarah Greene, Craig Charles and Mike Smith taking part as presenters and reporters. The team sets up in a London house said to be haunted, Interviewing residents and paranormal experts as they try to establish whether the claims are genuine. The live experiment does not unfold as its makers intended.

Lesley Manning directed the film from a screenplay by Stephen Volk, with Ruth Baumgarten producing. It is a BBC production, and its run time is 91 minutes. The cast mixes well-known television presenters — Parkinson, Greene, Charles and Smith — with actors such as Gillian Bevan as Dr. Lin Pascoe and Brid Brennan as Pamela Early. Twenty-one performers receive credits.
