A young political campaign aide becomes entangled in a dangerous situation after beginning romantic affairs with the wife and daughter of a presidential candidate. Driven by a desire for power and a position in the White House, he uses these relationships to engage in blackmail and corruption. This pursuit of influence eventually leads him into a volatile environment where his actions put his own life at risk.
